Field of Dreams
The Field of Dreams is a fundraising effort that has been in place for approximately 20 years, organized and executed by local farmers and volunteers. This fundraising effort raises funds to help maintain the Richardson Pioneer Recreation Centre in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan. Approximately 150 acres of land owned by the Town of Shellbrook are seeded and harvested by passionate volunteers. This fundraising project is incredibly important, as our facility is passionately loved and needed for Shellbrook and the surrounding area residents. Learn more about this project here. The Field of Dreams fundraising effort has been handed over to the Parkland Pool Project beginning summer 2023 to assist the group with obtaining their goals of a new outdoor aquatic facility in Shellbrook.
